“Classical music’s guitar hero” (BBC Music Magazine) Miloš Karadaglić finally returns to Hong Kong after six long years!
Selected by the BBC Music Magazine as one of the “Six of the Best Classical Guitarists of the Past Century”, Miloš is definitely a global phenomenon in the classical guitar world. Not only has Miloš appeared as a soloist with some of the world’s leading orchestras, including the London and LA Philharmonic, Chicago Symphony, NHK Tokyo and more, Miloš’ recitals are greatly sought-after around the world. His sold-out recital at the Royal Albert Hall in 2016 was lauded by the critics and caused a worldwide sensation.
In 2011, Miloš released his Deutsche Grammophon debut album ‘Mediterraneo’, earning him legions of fans and awards. Since then, he has released six other chart-topping recordings. In celebration of his new Baroque-themed album to be released later this year, Miloš brings to Hong Kong a recital with Rameau’s poignant “The Arts and The Hours” as the centrepiece.
Miloš made his Hong Kong debut with Premiere Performances in 2012, and made a triumphant return in 2015. Both recitals were completely sold-out with great acclaim. His last performance in Hong Kong was in 2017 when he made a special appearance at our 10th Anniversary Concert.
